Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mesa Geeks website and our IT services. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Mesa Geeks LLC provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, network installation, VoIP phone systems, cloud and Microsoft 365 support, computer repair, remote IT support, and related technology services for businesses and residential customers in Mesa, Arizona and surrounding East Valley communities.

The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any engagement will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Mesa Geeks reserves the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone at 480-434-4222, or by email at Email Support. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible.

3. Remote Support

Mesa Geeks may provide remote IT support through secure remote access tools. By requesting remote support, you authorize Mesa Geeks to access your computer or device for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving the reported issue. Remote sessions are conducted with your knowledge and can be terminated by you at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service pricing is provided before work begins whenever possible. Diagnostic assessments are free unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or through our online payment portal at mesageeks.com/paynow. Mesa Geeks does not store full credit card information on our servers. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

5. Warranty on Repairs

Mesa Geeks provides a 90-day warranty on computer repair labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will re-diagnose and fix the issue at no additional labor charge. Parts carry their own manufacturer warranty, which varies by component.

This warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair, physical damage, water damage, software changes made by the customer after repair, or issues caused by malware infection after service.

6. Data & Liability

While Mesa Geeks takes reasonable care when handling customer devices and data, we are not responsible for data loss during repair, service, or remote support. Customers are encouraged to maintain current backups of all important files before any service is performed.

Mesa Geeks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

7. Managed IT & Service Agreements

Managed IT services are provided under separate service agreements that outline scope, response times, pricing, and terms specific to the engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall take precedence.

8. Third-Party Products & Services

Mesa Geeks may recommend, install, or configure third-party hardware, software, and cloud services as part of our IT support. Mesa Geeks is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party products and services. All third-party products are subject to their own terms, warranties, and support policies.

9. Website Use

The content on the Mesa Geeks website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content. The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by Mesa Geeks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on the Mesa Geeks website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Mesa Geeks LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Disclaimer

Mesa Geeks LLC is an independent IT service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, Apple, Dell, HP, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco, or any other trademark holder. All company and product names mentioned on our website are trademarks of their respective owners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesa Geeks LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Changes to These Terms

Mesa Geeks may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
