Quick PowerShell Commands
Right-click Start → Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin), then paste. Click a command to select all of it. Replace the example IP (10.0.0.50) and names with your own.
Add a printer by IP
Creates the port and the printer queue. Change the IP, the queue name and the driver name to match the installed driver.

List printers and drivers
Shows each queue with its driver and port, then every installed printer driver.

Clear a stuck print queue
Stops the spooler, deletes jobs that are stuck, then starts it again. Run PowerShell as Administrator.
Stop-Service Spooler -Force
Remove-Item "$env:SystemRoot\System32\spool\PRINTERS\*" -Force -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue

Test if a printer is reachable
Checks the raw print port (9100) on a network printer.
Test-NetConnection 10.0.0.50 -Port 9100
Switch a queue to a new driver
Moves an existing printer to a different installed driver, for example from a universal driver to the full model driver.
Set-Printer -Name "Office Printer (.50)" -DriverName "RICOH IM 350 PCL 6"
Remove a printer
Deletes the queue, then its port.
Remove-Printer -Name "Office Printer (.50)"

Renew IP and flush DNS
The usual fix for “no internet” or a site that won’t load after a network change.

Show IP, gateway and DNS
Displays each network adapter’s address, gateway and DNS servers.
