Open your web browser and navigate to angeloit.screenconnect.com.

2
Enter the session code

Your technician will provide a session code. Type it in and click "Join."

Important: Do NOT double-click the file. You must right-click → Open, or macOS may block it entirely.
Step 3

Approve the Security Prompt

macOS cannot verify the developer

"ScreenConnect.ClientSetup.pkg" cannot be verified. Are you sure you want to open it?

Cancel Open

macOS will warn that it cannot verify the developer. This is normal — ScreenConnect creates a unique installer for each session.

Click "Open" to proceed. Then follow the installer wizard and enter your Mac admin password when asked.
